Refunds, Terms & Conditions
With the purchase of The MD Needle Pen or any other products associated with the company the buyer takes the responsibility to know their state and insurance regulations and get trained on the use accordingly. The user manual accompanying the purchase is a guide and does not take into consideration individual patients health and skin conditions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know each patients health and skin condition and evaluate the risks associated with treatment with the MD Needle Pen. Buyer agrees to hold MD Needle Pen harmless from, and Buyer hereby assumes the entire responsibility and liability for, any and all damage or injury of any kind or nature whatever, as to all persons, whether Buyer’s employees, agents or otherwise, and as to all property, including Buyer’s own property, caused by, resulting from, arising out of, or occurring in connection with, the use by Buyer himself or any other person, of MD Needle Pen and/or Parts.
All MD Needle Pen kit purchases are shipped with signature confirmation of delivery. If the customer waives the signature confirmation and/or requests a package to be left without a signature, then the customer takes responsibility for the loss, theft, and damage to the ordered items.
No Liability for Damages:
To the maximum extent permitted by any law, in no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. This includes loss of business profits, business interruption or pecuniary loss arising out of the use or inability to use this product, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Upon approval you may return most items sold and fulfilled by MD Needle Pen within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise for a refund less shipping and handling. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please see specific information regarding returns below.
You should expect to receive your refund within 20 days of shipping your package. This time period includes: (5 to 10 business days) transit time from the shipper, (2 to 3 business days) process your return, (1 to 7 business days), time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Please read and follow the returns policy below that best applies to your situation.
Should you choose to return an item purchased from MD Needle Pen Kit you can do so for a refund (less shipping and handling) if the following applies:
MD Needle Pen is contacted within 10 days of receipt of product and an RMA is acquired to avoid the 20% restocking fee. All unused items must be returned within 30 days in the original packaging.
All supply returns must be unopened and unused and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If all product/kit parts are not returned the account will be charged according to the pricing schedule below. Any damaged/scratched parts are not covered under warranty/return policy and will be charged/deducted accordingly.
Parts Replacement Cost:

MD Needle Pen Part Replacement Cost:

The following is an outline of the returns procedure:
- Please contact MD Needle Pen at the following to inquire about receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:
- The Returns Department will look at your file and ask specific questions regarding the item(s) to be returned. Any applicable fees will be discussed and applied to the account if an RMA is authorized. An email containing the RMA number will be sent to the customer.
- The customer should read and print out the email. The email includes specific instructions and suggestions regarding how to address the box, safely package the item(s), insuring the box contents and shipping methods.
- The Returns Department will process the item(s) within 2-3 business days after arriving at our Returns Center. An email will be generated indicating the credit has been applied when the return is completed.
Items returned without an RMA or properly addressed box may be returned to sender.
Items that are Not Returnable
To ensure the highest level of quality for our customers MD Needle Pen does not accept returns for items that have been obviously damaged due to drop or misuse. However, we will review every claim on a case by case basis.
MD Needle Pen does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items not in original packaging.
- Items that are scratched or damaged.
- Any supplies that have been used
- Items missing any parts or supplies that were included as part of the kit
Returns Resulting from Company Error
Please notify MD Needle Pen immediately should you receive an item in error. The returns department can be contacted via the following:
If an item was incorrectly shipped, or the wrong item was sent due to MD Needle Pen error we will replace the item with the correct one, and send a pre-paid shipping label to have the incorrect item sent back. The item must be returned in its original packaging unused. If item is used a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
If you received a mis-shipped item, contact our Returns Department (see below) to request a replacement.
If you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different one, please return the original item(s) following the General Returns section guidelines (see top of page). MD Needle Pen will waive all fees applied to general returns if you wish to exchange the item(s). You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before the new item is sent to you. This can be taken care of with the same RMA number generated for the exchange. Your credit card will be charged for the new item(s) prior shipping and credited the difference when the exchanged item is processed in our Returns Center.
Please note that it can take us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Items Damaged during Transit
Please open and inspect all packages and carefully review the contents upon receipt. If the merchandise is damaged during transit or does not function properly, please contact our Returns Department immediately. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials.

Please provide your order number, name, contact information and a brief description of the situation. You will be asked to provide clear digital pictures of the shipping box the item(s) was shipped in and of the damaged item. We will respond promptly to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customer wishing to cancel an order must call in their cancellation at 855-714-0004. In order to be eligible for cancellation they must talk with a representative during normal business hours, and the order must not have been issued a tracking number. Once a tracking number has been issued for an order it will be subject to the normal return policy requirements and is not eligible for cancellation.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
Carriers: We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
The MD Needle Pen comes with a 1 year warranty. For any reason that the MD Needle Pen stops functioning, contact the returns department to process an exchange.
If pen is used with any cartridges not purchased directly from MD Needle Pen, the warranty is void and replacement parts will be charged according to the “Parts Replacement Cost” above.

You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before the new item is sent to you. This can be taken care of with the same RMA number generated for the exchange. Your credit card will be charged for the new item(s) prior shipping and credited the difference when the malfunctioning item is processed in our Returns Center.
